We offer three medical plan options and pay the majority of the premium.

    • With this high deductible health insurance plan, an employee can take advantage of a Health Savings Account (H.S.A).
      • An H.S.A is a tax-advantaged savings account that can be used for your health care expenses.
      • We contribute a generous amount into this account annually.

DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE

We participate in comprehensive dental and vision insurance programs and pay the majority of the premium.

401 (k)

  • Traditional and Roth 401 (k) options available.
  • We will match dollar for dollar up to first 5% of the employee’s salary; Employees are vested immediately.

  • We will reimburse tuition for work-related courses.
  • We will pay for training and conferences that will help employee grow as a professional.
  • Technical Refresh Program – Employees may receive up to $500 per year for technical books or professional society membership dues.
